Scope: Full apartment renovation
- Fully renovated kitchen featuring brand-new custom cabinetry and a complete set of integrated Bosch Series 8 appliances — the brand's flagship and most advanced lineup. A dedicated kitchen island with its own sink and breakfast bar rounds out a space that is as functional as it is beautiful.
- The surfaces are clad in premium Calacatta Viola quartz polished finish — stain-resistant, heat-resistant, and exceptionally durable, complemented by a seamlessly integrated sink crafted from the same material for the clean, cohesive look.
- Integrated lighting and decorative ceiling bronze spotlights complete the modern kitchen aesthetic.
- The living room is furnished with pieces from CB2's Italian collection, anchored by the iconic Paraggi credenza — designed by Gianfranco Frattini in 1954, crafted in FSC-certified walnut with ebonized oak drawers and champagne brass feet.
- The dining table and chairs are also from CB2, carefully selected to complement the overall aesthetic of the apartment — cohesive and elegant.
- All lighting items has been sourced from Loom Collection — an artful pairing of aged bronze and glass that brings warmth and depth to every room, tying the entire interior together with a polished, finished feel.
The apartment can be fully furnished to suit any budget and personal taste. Whether you love the current aesthetic or have an entirely different vision in mind, our team handles everything from start to finish — so the home you see is simply a starting point, and what you move into feels entirely yours.
- All bathrooms have been fully renovated, with enlarged shower areas for more spacious and comfortable bathing experience. All pipework and installations have been fully replaced; complete waterproofing has been carried out.
- The bathrooms are finished with premium Italian tiles and sanitaryware. Calacatta Viola — one of the most sought-after natural stones — sets the tone, while decorative plaster enriched with natural shells and stones brings warmth and organic texture to the walls. The result is an atmosphere reminiscent of a private spa. Sanipex premium sanitaryware in a rich bronze finish completes the look with quiet sophistication.
- For added comfort, all bathrooms feature additional mirror and niche lighting, as well as integrated electrical outlets for personal care appliances.
